Stewart in Tameside Throws Karaoke Party for His 80th

Stewart in Tameside turned 80 last week! At the Premier Lounge in Ashton-Under-Lyme, Stewart and his friends had a brilliant time throwing shapes on a dancefloor kitted out with disco lights and a smoke machine.

The highlight, without doubt, was the karaoke. Latour from Manchester did a rendition of “I Shot the Sheriff” by Bob Marley and the Wailers and two members of staff belted Whitney Houston’s “I Will Always Love You.”

After lunch, a big white birthday cake arrived and everyone started singing to Stewart. His face lit up at the big sparkler and mini version of himself made of icing.

This party sounds unforgettable, Stewart, we hope you had an incredible time!

James and Andrew in Barrow Find a Pocket of Sunshine

James and Andrew from Barrow-in-Furness recently enjoyed a local band performing in the park with staff members Shauna, Divine and Galib.

It was a perfect summer day with the sun shining, breeze blowing and birds singing.

Let’s hope there are many more days like this to come!
