Our housing related support team support adults with a range of needs including
– Mental health support
– Homelessness
– Mild learning difficulties
– Drug and alcohol dependency and complex needs
– Forensic backgrounds

We are looking for motivated and ambitious Recovery Support Workers to join our team of existing staff due to service growth. You will support individuals to
– Ensure they can budget and pay their bills
– Build on existing skills and interest and develop new ones, including education and training
– Maintain their home or move
– Manage their health and well- being by attending appointments and reporting concerns
– Enjoying a range of activities in the community
– Work with a range of partner agencies such as drug and alcohol services, social and private landlords, Adult Safeguarding teams, Probation Services, community policing, MIND, Navigo, The Job Centre Plus, local education providers.
– Build relationships with those in their network of support

This role is full time predominantly during the working week from 9am to 5pm. The role will enable you to build valuable skills working with a range of adults in the community. You will need to be able to work on your own, be motivated, have compassion and be driven to achieve the best outcomes for those we support, being able to advocate and empathise at all times. This role would suit graduates, or those who are looking for a new challenge and a rewarding job that means everything to those we support.

Whilst previous experience as a Support Worker or Carer in a similar environment is desirable, we welcome applications from warm, caring, well-motivated individuals who can show that their ethics match up to our person centered model of care.

Due to wider travel across the North East Lincolnshire area a clean, valid driving license with access to a car is essential for this Support Worker role.

Shift patterns are available between the hours of 8am to 6pm Monday-Friday.
