Creative Support is seeking a new Senior Support Worker to join our busy and dynamic mental health team in Bradford. Our team works across all our Bradford services, providing positive mental health and housing-related support in a personalised manner to help build and maintain independence. As a Senior Support Worker, you will engage with service users and build trusting therapeutic relationships.

In this role, you will support the leadership of the team and provide individualised, person-centred support to people with support needs living in their own homes. Together with your team, you will enable service users to enjoy a fulfilling and valued life, participate in the community and develop their abilities as fully as possible.

We are looking for someone with a warm, caring nature and a commitment to making a positive difference in people’s lives. You will be expected to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the service. Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to motivate people, and being a good listener are essential. Experience of management in the care and support sector is preferred, along with good written communication skills.
