Relief Support Worker
Creative Support is looking for warm, reliable, and proactive Relief Support Workers to join our friendly team in Blackpool, Lancashire. Our services cater to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and epilepsy, providing them with quality care and support.
In this dynamic role, every day is different. You will support service users to lead fulfilling lives, whether that involves helping them with employment or volunteering, assisting with shopping and social activities, or simply relaxing at home. Our team ensures that service users are as independent as possible while offering the necessary assistance.
We value a great sense of humour and a positive attitude. Your role will involve encouraging service users to engage in a variety of social activities, both at home and in the community. Building warm, trusting relationships with service users and their families is key to ensuring they have the best experience possible.
We offer flexible working hours, including full-time, part-time, and sleep-in shifts. Our shift patterns cover early, mid, and late shifts to meet the diverse needs of our service users.
