Housing Complaints

To make a complaint regarding housing provided by Creative Support, including issues relating to anti-social behaviour, you can submit a complaint in a number of ways:

The Housing Ombudsman Service published a new Complaint Handling Code in February 2024. Creative Support have self-assessed ourselves against the new code and can confirm that we are compliant. Our self-assessment can be found here.
