Announcing the We Care Awards

As you will be aware this year we launched We Care. We Care sets out the values and ethos that underpins everything we do at Creative Support. It’s what makes us and our services special.

With that in mind we are ready to relaunch our new staff awards, replacing the ever popular Achieve Q awards, with the We Care Awards. These awards will recognise the people who personify these values –

Welcoming, Empowering, Compassionate, Aspirational, Respectful, & Effective

The first round of awards opens today!

The We Care Awards open every two months so make sure to keep an eye out for announcements for future rounds.

Anyone can submit a nomination. All you need to do is scan the QR code below to get to our online form, or download the nomination form here (which can be sent back by email to wecare.awards@creativesupport.co.uk or via snail mail to We Care Awards at Head Office).

What we do want though is not just to hear that someone is special, but we want you to tell us why that person is special. Tell us when they did something that was brilliantly compassionate. Let us know they make sure people feel respected. What did they say that was really empowering. Try to be detailed as possible!
