Doing What Matters to Me
Introducing ‘Doing What Matters to Me’ – a year-long celebration of our hobbies, interests, and favourite activities!
We’re excited to announce that this year’s annual theme is called ‘Doing What Matters to Me’. It is inspired by one of the ‘I Statements’ from our new Mission Statement. Throughout the year, we will explore the activities, hobbies, interests and events that matter to us as individuals.
This year we have two different ways everyone can engage with our yearly theme. We have the Journal, a 16-page booklet packed with information and activities to inspire people to get involved. We have also made a colourful poster for anyone who would like to track the activities they do in 2025. This month, we are sending every service a copy of both the Journal and the Poster. If anyone at your service would like more copies of either, please let us know.
We have split the year into four themes. You can fill out any of the sections in the Journal and Poster whenever you feel like it, or you can follow along with the Marketing Team on our website and social media as we will focus on one theme every three months. For the first three months of the year we will look at how we can connect with people through our shared interests. From April to June we will take part in activities where we can learn new skills. Over the Summer we will be encouraging everyone to keep active and get outdoors. We will round off the year by creating artwork and looking at how we can volunteer our time to help others.
If you like the Journal or Poster and want to tell our community about it on our social media pages, please send us your comments and a photo of you with your Journal or Poster to communications@creativesupport.co.uk. We can’t wait to hear your stories and see photos of you doing what matters to you!
If you have any feedback, or if you would like to request more copies, please email us at marketing@creativesupport.co.uk or ring us on 0161 236 0829 and ask for the Marketing Team.
Stay tuned for more updates, stories and announcements!
