Maintenance Operative
Join our team of friendly Maintenance Operatives working mostly in the Greater Manchester and North West.
Operative must contribute to the On Call Rota – additional payments are made for on call, including generous flat rate payment and enhanced payments when called out.
Applicants should have a core trade in either carpentry or plumbing achieved by either a formal qualification or by experience. You should be pleasant, reliable, flexible and hardworking individuals that take pride in their work and will be respectful of our tenants and their homes.
Operatives will provide a high quality maintenance service at multiple sites throughout our portfolio.
This is a full time position however part time (a minimum of 30 hours a week plus on call) may be available. Full driving license essential. A work vehicle will be made available for work purposes only.
The Mobile Maintenance Team report to our Head Office in Stockport at 8.30 AM for a Maintenance Meeting every Monday morning and attend other meetings at this site.
