We are currently looking for Relief Support Workers to join our staff teams across Bedfordshire to take key roles in the running of excellent services.

The benefits of joining Creative Support as a Relief/Bank staff member is the flexibility to pick shifts to suit you and work in services that are local to you.

You will be paid on a weekly basis.

You will join an established team of staff supporting people with a range of needs in Support Living or Residential Care Services providing everyone with an excellent quality of life. If you would like the rewarding role of working with people who have learning disabilities, mental health needs or older people to achieve their life goals and be part of the local community then we would love to hear from you.

Relief Support Worker Duties:

  • Providing respectful and dignified personal care,
  • Medication administration
  • Supporting service users with the activities they enjoy, such as bowling and going on walks
  • Collaborating with colleagues, families and involved professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent service.

Previous experience is essential for this role, as is a ‘can-do approach’, person-centered values, energy and commitment. You will need good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work to support plans and corporate policies and procedures.
