Relief Support Worker
We are seeking warm, caring individuals to provide person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in the Camden area. Your role will involve providing personal care, practical assistance, and emotional support to maximize service user outcomes.
By promoting independence and social inclusion, you will encourage service users to participate in decisions regarding their care and lives. Additionally, you will collaborate with service users, their families, and professionals to provide a consistent and coordinated service.
You will have a warm, caring nature and a commitment to making a positive difference in people’s lives. Our supported living service in Camden focuses on person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
A minimum of twelve months’ experience working with individuals with learning disabilities is essential. While a relevant professional qualification is desirable, it’s crucial that you are warm and able to work in a person-centred manner.
As a Creative Support Bank Staff member, you’ll have access to our free app, which allows you to pick up shifts anywhere in the country and provides information on services and shifts, as well as directions.
