We are recruiting a Support Worker for our Mental Health service in Liverpool, Merseyside. At our inclusive supported living services based in Liverpool, we provide person-centred support to adults with a range of mental health needs who have unique support needs. This is a fantastic service which enables great outcomes for the people we support.
We are looking for a Support Worker with the passion and commitment to go the extra mile to enable people to achieve their personal goals in a recovery based setting.
The ideal candidate will be kind, attentive and responsive to individual needs and preferences and have a passion for promoting active involvement whilst offering respect and unconditional positive regard for the individuals you support. You will work creatively to promote community links, confidence and independence in daily living and have an empathetic and solution focused approach. You will demonstrate the ability to work flexibly and autonomously to efficiently manage your shift and responsibilities.
This service is based in Liverpool, Merseyside with links to public transport.
Although previous experience as a Support Worker is not essential, you will demonstrate the values that are essential for a role of this nature such as warmth, compassion and unconditional positive regard.
